When do I pay for my pictures? Proofs will be sent attached to an order form approximately 10 days after we photograph your group. Please include payment in order envelope before returning to the director by the due date stamped on the order envelope.
When can I expect my photos? Picture packages will be sent back to the director within three weeks after we receive the orders from the director.
What if I'm not satisfied? Just return the pictures to us for a full refund.
What can I do if I don't return the order to the director by the due date stamped on the order form? You can mail your order directly to us up to one year after we photograph your group, but please add $5.00 to your order for shipping and handling and we will mail directly to your return address.
How can I order additional photos? Re-orders are based on a $15.00 per
8x10 unit which can be an 8x10,2-5x7s, 4-3x5s, or 8-wallets.
Pre-Pay Sports League Program
Do I have to pay the day the pictures are taken? Yes, but if you want to send in payment you can do so but please include $5.00 for shipping and handling and we will mail them directly to your home address.
When can we expect to get the pictures back? In approximately three weeks from the day we take the pictures we will ship the packages back to the league and they will be distributed to coaches.
What is I'm not satisfied? Just return the photos to us and we wil refund your package price.
Can I have brothers or sister photographed together? Sure, but only one team photo will be inside your package. We will substitue an individual 5x7 instead of the team photo but please indicate this on the front of the order envelope.
